In this work,a thermodynamic model was developed to
estimate the dissociation conditions of hydrogen sulfide hydrate
in the presence of inhibitors(sodium chloride, potassium
chloride,calcium chloride,methanol,ethanol,ethylene glycol,and
their mixtures).Due to the non-ideality of aqueous solution in
the presence of inhibitors, the e-UNIQUAC model was applied
to obtain the activity coefficient of water in aqueous phase.
The binary interaction parameters of species for e-UNIQAC
activity model were fitted by Nedler–Meadnon-linear regression method.Following fitting the e-UNIQUAC interaction
parameters and also the Langmuir constant parameters, the
results of proposed model were compared with experimental data and a satisfactory agreement was observed between
experimental and the calculated/predicted results.
