Over all six herds, the most common behaviour was
standing grazing, which accounted for approximately half
of the 133,840 individual scans (Table 2). The next most
common behaviours were standing resting, lying resting
and walking, which were represented in approximately
similar proportions of the scans. Standing self-grooming
was represented in approximately 1% of the scans while all
other behaviours were represented in less than 1% of scans.
Surprisingly, there were 71 instances of tongue rolling.
