Conclusion and Future Work
With this contribution we have presented the Workplace Learning Context and the
Workplace Learning Context Model. The basic objective of creating the Workplace
Learning Context Model is to provide means to retrieve relevant resources from the
underlying 3spaces. This is done to support workers during experiences of selfdirected
learning such as the following:
