Problem Areas
Outsourcing has its problems and the respondents were
asked to indicate the importance of six problem areas.
The importance attached to these six outsourcing problem
areas is given in Table V. The mean importance levels
attached to each of the problem areas suggests that no
major problems exist with any of the areas. Given the
overall high level of satisfaction expressed by firms
outsourcing, the relative unimportance attached to problem
areas is to be expected.
