Announcing the Freewill BTC Employee Referral Reward Program!
With your knowledge of Freewill Group and our Business and Technology Consulting Department (BTC), you are in the best position to identify people most suited to join our team and promote the benefits and opportunities of working with us.
Our recent wins and growth targets require the hiring of selected highly qualified and capable people for our SAP teams. We know you are in the best position to judge who these people are!
Refer an experienced person to HR for the 20 June 2015 walk-in recruitment event and when they join us you will receive a bonus of THB30,000 for each successful referral.
• The Freewill Referral Scheme is open to Freewill Group staff (AVP and lower) - not only BTC staff.
• Excludes BTC Management Team and HR staff.
• You must be a Freewill Group staff member at the time that the referred person starts with BTC.
• Referrals apply to successful hires of experienced SAP team members.
Refer an experienced person to Freewill and when they join us, for each successful referral, you will receive an award of Baht 20,000after the new joiner passes probation and another Baht 10,000after the new joiner passes his / her first anniversary. This amount is 'gross' and is inclusive of all provident fund and income taxes payable where applicable. Note that you must be an employee of Freewill Group at the time of reward disbursement to be eligible to receive.
• All applicants will be assessed using the same recruitment criteria applicable to other Freewill experienced hire applicants.
• Once the referral has been referred to HR, the individual's progress in the selection process will remain confidential between the candidate and the Company.
• If you make a referral, you should not give feedback to the referred applicant as to the success/failure of the application, this will remain the responsibility of HR.
• You are required to adhere to their contractual obligations with the Company in relation to approaching client staff or staff from previous employers.
A successful referral must: "Please follow the Registering a Referral process described below, otherwise, you will not be eligible for the referral amount".
• A 'successful referral' under the scheme means the appointment of an experienced person to a permanent position in BTC within six months of the initial referral (join by 1 January 2016).
• Registering a Referral sent to email Salinee_pai@freewillsolutions.com (Be in writing and logged with HR. An email to confirm the referral, contact details, personal reference and the resume will constitute a formal referral).
• On registering the applicant you will cease to play an active role in the recruitment process.
• Recruitment of new graduates does not attract the referral bonus.
• The referral by you must be the person's first employment contact with the Company (i.e., they should not have already applied for a job).
• Referrals from recruitment agencies are excluded from the scheme.
• When the same person is referred by more than one staff member, it will be the staff member who first makes the written referral who will be eligible for the reward.
• The candidate's professional ability and credibility must be known to you and given to HR.
• The payment will occur in the payroll run following the successful completion of the probation period of the individual and on the payroll run following the employee's one-year anniversary.
