The annual Allianz Engagement Survey (AES) is coming up and will take place between September 9th and September 30st, 2015. Today, we would like to provide you with further details regarding the process.
Participants: all AMOS employees working more than 2 months will be invited to participate in the AES, with the exception of:
Employees …
- …having fixed-term contracts
- …having resigned
- …on maternal leave or parental leave while the AES takes place
- …on long-term sick leave
Interns, working students, apprentices, trainees
Incoming assignees, which work less than six months for AMOS SE
Outgoing assignees, which work longer than six months for host OEs
Attached, you’ll find an overview of all questions covered in the AES. Compared to last year 2 new additional questions will be asked and a new index – the Work Well Index – will be introduced. All other questions, dimensions and indices (EEI, PEI) remain the same as last year. Additionally we provide you with a guidance sheet explaining the terms and questions within the AES. For further information, please refer to the FAQ document attached to this e-mail as well.
Please make sure that all your team members are well-informed about the AES and its relevance and motivated to participate in the survey. For example, use the attached information in your regular team meeting or AMOS Stand-Ups to inform your employees and avoid potential ambiguities. Additionally all employees invited to participate in the AES will receive an email by Sylvie Ouziel before the survey will start.
During the survey you’ll find the response rates per board pillar updated every day on the AMOS intranet starting page. Furthermore you’ll receive via e-mail regularly an update of the response rate within your business unit or department.
If more than 8 employees within your unit participated at AES you will get the access to your AES results on the November 10th 2015.
In order to retrieve valuable information from the AES results and add to the continuous improvement of AMOS, it is critical that we achieve a high participation rate. Therefore we are looking forward to your and your teams numerous participation.
