As we discussed yesterday, our customer very very angry for the boat delay, they may cancel orders, this is very serious issue, may cause a huge indemnities,
1. we urgently need your formal notice letter, to explain why the boat delay, and what you can do for fix this issue. (we need this morning)
2. as we mentioned yesterday, we need the boat ship out during this week, don't care about cost, please try your best , and let me know what you can do.
