The Roaring Twenties, an era of prosperity, culture and corruption. In the shadow of London's opulence lies the Noah Clan, the most influential mafia family in Britain, run by the notorious 'Millenium Earl', a man of great cunning and ruthless determination. He dotes on each of his nephews and nieces, each commanding a branch of the family, but none more than his own sons, Mana and Neah. Seeing great potential in the younger twin, he appoints Neah the heir of the Noah Clan.
However, seeing first hand the corruption and cruelty of his father, he rebels and flees the clan to Germany, taking his brother with him for protection. There, he meets Cross Marian, a surviving soldier of the first world war, whom he befriends for life. He also introduced to Tobias Walker, a former British espionage agent and black-market arms dealer, and his infant son, Allen. Together, they form their own mafia family and travel back to London to begin their vendetta against the Noah Clan - hoping to one day amass a rival mafia powerful enough to overthrow them.
