After the meeting with Land office I informed to HQ that the shareholding structure of TST must be changed too (Thai portion must be increased from 51% to 70%), to make ownership transfer of the land executed. They are not 100% convinced of this change, because TST has no necessity to purchase land and TST can provide service to customers as "Thai company" with 51% share portion.
They are requesting to seek for a solution, which could solve this problem in principles.
Do you see any possible solution to solve this problem or do we have really no other choice than to follow the officer of land office?
