Leukemia is often broadly considered as “acute” and “ chronic”. Acute leukemia is often of short duration or rapid onset, which is a rapidly progressing disease that results in the accumulation of immature cells, whereas chronic leukemia is leukemia of long duration or evolve gradually, which progresses more slowly and allows more mature. Leukemia can be divided into four large groups include the acute leukemia that is divided into acute myeloid leukemia (AML) and acute lymohoblastic leukemia(ALL) ; the chronic leukemia is divided into chronic myeloid leukemia(CML) and chronic lymphocytic leukemia (CLL).(Tariq I Mughal.et al 2010)
