To whom may concern,
I have been a loyal customer for years now and NEVER had to deal with such an unprofessional company until just recently!
I notified the call center which ALWAYS sends an engineer round to my house....which means i have to juggle work and family life for a guy to come and fix my internet connection only temporarily! as they always say the same thing anyway!
The problem i have had for the past month and a half is that my internet is CONSTANTLY dropping in and out! please explain to me why i must pay for a service which isn't working properly!
my account number(which is in my wife's name) is 630684673.
If the problem isn't resolved soon....i will change to TRUE as i have been told their connections are constant and more reliable. This has been an ongoing problem and i do need a consistent internet connection for my work and study! i have lost far more than the 630bht a month i pay every month! The call center always fob me off by saying an engineer will be notified as i explained before....this isn't good enough.
I refuse to call the call center again, hence i am writing to you today.

I had an engineer come to my house(without calling, and told my mother in law that i said i allowed them in....WHICH I DIDN'T AS I WAS WORKING!!!!)today and my internet STILL ISN'T WORKING PROPERLY!!
I have had to deal with so much recently with your company over the last 2 months!! Do you know what is going on?......i STILL don't know or understand what service i'm paying for?......this is truly terrible! I NEVER pay for food in a restaurant that i haven't eaten....so therefor....why should i pay for a service which isn't working properly??!
