If you’re emailing about the status of an order, please be sure to provide the following details:
Full name (as used to order)
Email address (as used to order)
Order number
Campaign name
If you'd like to modify your order, you can easily do so yourself! Simply click on the “Track and edit your order” link in your confirmation email which will bring you to the order status page. From there, you can modify or cancel your order, as well as update your shipping address and billing information! Please note that changes can only be made while the campaign is still running. Orders cannot be modified after a campaign has closed.
