Another possible drawback is that many specialists and physicians work in more than one setting. This has implications for the doctors’ sense of overload, burnout physical fatigue and cognitive exhaustion, low satisfaction, and less commitment to the primary place of work. Stress and burnout accumulate from numerous workplaces This study did not examine the respondents’ number of various work settings, which could affect their burnout and dissatisfaction at the hospital. This should be done in future studies.
