As a result, a behavioral model for each MOST is generated,
allowing that small-signal characteristics of analog integrated
circuits can be computed. The proposed method is carried out
by modeling the MOST with the nullber element. This kind
of modeling, allows that only connected elements to the SP
can be used for symbolic analysis. In this manner, a reduced set of network equations is obtained and represented by an
admittane matrix where the order is equal to number of nodes
of the SP.
The paper is organized as follows. The nullor concept and
some of their identities are revised in Section'II. The basic
idea to approach the.SP between the output-input nodes is
presented in Section III. Section IV, describes the behavioral
model built or generation for each (MOST) included in the SP.,
Section V illustrates the application of proposed method to.
compute the fully-symbolic 'TF of the OTA .Miller,.which.is
compared with HSPICE simulation. Finally the conclusions
are given in Section VI.
