binders orvarnishmaterials [6,7], orfreshplantsubstances [16],
or evenbiologicalandpharmaceuticalcompounds [17–19]. Other
studies presentparticulartoolstodistinguishbetweensome
organic compoundsusingsimplecriteria,suchasbandspresence
and absence,orbandshifts [20–22]. However,theseapproaches
arelimitedbythesimilaritybetweenallthesenaturalsubstances'
spectra, orbythespectraevolutionduetothealterationprocesses
of suchmaterials.Butnearlyallotherpublishedworksarespecific
case studiesofoneortwosubstancesthatwerefoundonapiece
of artorarcheologicalartifacts,anddonotpresentanimportant
amount ofmedia,oranyspecific methodologicaldevelopmentfor
indentifying them [23–30]. Moreover,thesestudiesdealwithonly
one ofthetwopresentedvibrationalspectroscopies.
