After 15 days addition into mycelia cultures,
only 0.035 μg, 0.093 μg, 0.110 μg, and 0.074 μg of DDT were
found in media of BE, GV, LB, and LS, respectively (Table 2).
Comparing with the initial application at 100 μg per culture, DDT almost completely disappeared from the culture media.
Testing the content of DDT in mycelia, it revealed that more than one half of the totalDDTwas found in extracts of the various mycelia (BE=50.8 μg,GV=43.9 μg, LB=39.6 μg, and LS=43.6 μg)
