ob Objectives:
Explore opportunities for Unilever products from current/new partners in online market
Develop a business plan and channel strategy for online channel/market to ensures attainment of company sales goals and profitability
Ensure perfect store in online channels and keep momentum through continuous online activity plans deployment
Be a Channel & E-commerce expert and always keep up with new online trend
Manage traffic of total activities in online channels & tools
Control expenses to meet budget guidelines
Provide timely feedbacks and report of new channel roll out
Qualifications:
Bachelor 's Degree (or higher) in Business Administration or related field
At least 2-year experience in Marketing/Trade Marketing, prior experience in Channel Development or E-Commerce is preferred
Strong Entrepreneurial mindset, Negation skills, and Leadership skill
Initiative, Creative, and Enthusiasm
Able to accelerate P/L and handle assigned category or channel
Excellent communications and people skills
Fluent in English language usage (Speak/Write/Read)
