B. Basic Principles
(1) The conditions shall be made uniform as the Standard Conditions of Warranty for those of
warranty (e.g. Scope, Term, Compensation, Indemnification) that are granted mutually
between each manufacturing subsidiary and sales subsidiary. Only the machines which
were made delivery after April 1st, 2005 are affective.
(2) The manufacturing subsidiary shall approve and follow the conditions of claims
compensation which have been granted by the sales subsidiary to its distributor. The
manufacturing subsidiary will study and determine alteration of warranty terms upon
mutual agreement, if sales subsidiary have special claim compensation condition.
(3) The conditions exceeding those listed in the said "standard conditions," shall be made at
the responsibility of each sales subsidiary.
(4) The manufacturing subsidiary shall grant a quality warranty for the products manufactured
by cooperative development or supplied technology, applied in the same manner as for the
products that the manufacturing subsidiary has developed by itself, with the subsidiary
taking responsibility for the design of those products.
