Be a focal point of contact for Company’s central phone number; answer all incoming calls in a professional manner
Screen and transfer incoming calls, messages/document(through fax) to appropriate person/departments
Make sure that telecommunication tools are available and functioned at all time.
Lead company lstaff on the Company Emergency Response Procedure via telecommunication services
In case of emergency, provide assistance in telecommunication to key operation site representatives
Provide general information services including telephone directory
Participate in meeting to prepare for emergency; crisis exercise
Qualification
Bachelor's Degree or Certificate in Civil Aviation or any related field
2 years experience in Emergency Response Procedure
Good interpersonal skill
Good command of English
Service-mind and work well under pressure
