Rooms – Cost saving plan Front Office & Housekeeping:
- Copy guest passport by using re-use paper
- Assign staff to take vacation.
- Set up code for copy machine to separate copy of cost FO and FB
- Stop print out Folio for City Ledger to attach with correspondence.
- Monitor closely on C/I , C/O number and do not over request for stationary
- Will write room number on key card holder by using pencil and reuse for next guest.
- All internal using document have to print out by black and white not color.
- Turn off air conditioner during and light Lunch and out of office operation. Also turn off 1 hour before leaving office.
- Turn off PCs if not using for more than one hour. Switch off the screen every time leaving the desk.
- FO team will minimize printing of report by resize before print.
Food and Beverage – Cost saving plan Kitchen & Service:
- Reduce casual staff whenever possible (kitchen and service) and only use if really needed (other departments including BOH staff can help if needed)
- Safe electricity and water wherever possible – especially in the kitchen. Turn off electrical equipment that is not needed and turn off lights and air conditions wherever possible
- The food cost for this month was at 33.74%, Keep continue to control, monitor inventory and ensure daily purchase is correctly.
- Food and Beverage have to up selling for increases more revenue.
- Will assign staff to take vacation.
ADMIN & GENERAL – Cost saving plan Sales, Finance ,HR ,Security:
- Reduce printing and stationary cost – use recycling paper whenever possible and only print documents if really needed
- Safe electricity wherever possible. No need to have all lights on at BOH at all times

- Continue to change the light bulbs in guest room.
- Continue to process for room care program.
