Very nice hotel with attentive and polite staff - most of whom is perfectly capable of English. A footbridge (walkway) connects the skytrain station right to the 3rd floor of the hotel - most convenient. Checkin and checkout is fast. We were upgraded to an executive suite (1520) which is stunning. The bathroom was extremely spacious. The bathtub (although enclosed by tinted glass) sits 'outside' tge building with a 270 degree view. Breakfast was good with some interesting bacon pieces (large and thick). You'll also find a 'freshly made pancakes' machine with lots of toppings. Some negative points. You spend a lot of time waiting for the elevators. Breakfast buffet has cheese on request, though and when they bring the 4 razor thin slices to your table, it turns out it is processed cheese and it stucks to the serving plate. The pool is rather cold and gets sun only in the afternoon. Things they don't tell you: You don't have to drink coffee and tea only at breakfast, you can also ask for cappuccino (which was quite good) and lattes. All food and drinks you consume on the pool deck must be purchased (at high prices) from the hotel. Apparently there are signs up to this effect - they sure are not obvious. There is some construction going on near the hotel on the pool side but it really didn't bother us.
This is a great hotel and I'd recommend it to couples; business people; and families.
