Panna Cotta Berry Sauce
Ingredient
Jellatin
3 cups F&N Magnolia half Cream
½ cup sugar
3 tea spoons vanilla flavors
Berry Sauce
1 cupFrozen Mix berry
1 cupStrawberry
1 cupwater
Method
1.Blended the mixed berry with water
2.Boil in pot continue stirring add ½ cup of sugar and simmer till the sauce is thick and cool down ,chilled in refrigerator.
3.Boil sugar and F&N Magnolia half Cream in double boil pot add the gelatin and vanilla flavor stir well. Move out and pour in mold and chill for 3hours. Serve with berry sauce.
