RE: NO LIMIT ORDER CANCELLATION.
Currently you are holding an order for various pieces of equipment Truss, etc; for our client in Bangkok with a value of THB 1,479,552 for which NO LIMIT have secured with a 30% deposit amounting to THB 443,866.
It is with sincere regret that l write to advise you that our client has defaulted on this order and a significant debt to NO LIMIT for services rendered, placing us in a difficult position , accordingly we are forced to cancel same on you.
We have carefully considered how best to remedy this situation in a commercial manner to the satisfaction of both GUANGZHOU HAOWEI and NO LIMIT and have derived at the following two (2) options, viz;
Option 1: Guangzhou Haowei continue to ship the order as nominated “ON CONSGNMENT” to NO LIMIT in Bangkok and the outstanding balance remitted to Guangzhou Haowei immediately upon disposal to the many alternative customers that have expressed a keen interest in purchasing, but only on an inspect and go basis. In otherwords we must have the goods present in Bangkok in order to realise a sale.
OPTION 2:With the deposit paid by NO LIMIT and held by GUANGZHOU HAOWEI for the now cancelled order, you retain this deposit but permit NO LIMIT to draw down , in other words, use this deposit to ship goods to NO LIMIT as nominated by NO LIMIT to the limit of the deposit, and repeat this transaction until the total cancelled order is sold.
The major difference between Option 1 and Option 2 is of course your risk in Option 1 and the considerable time delay in Option 2 to finally place the total order over the timeframe of shipping the goods in small consignments.
Presently there is existing strong interest in your equipment, promoted dutifully by NO LIMIT, aside from Thailand we have now received enquiries from Cambodia and Egypt we a very keen to promote this activity to the benefit of both our Companies.
Please consider our request carefully, we favour Option 1 but understand you may not be comfortable with this Option, if this is the case we trust you will accept Option 2.
Kind Regards,
F.M.GOODWIN
