Call Center Officer :
Job Description
- Handle incoming calls within service standard in order to achieve high level of customer’s satisfaction.
- Provide an excellent service to both external and internal customers.
- Coordinate with cross functions on customer enquiry / request / complaint.
- Report to Call center Supervisor.
Requirements
- Bachelor Degree in any field.
- 0-2 years in customer service, call center or related field
- Fresh graduated are welcome.
- Computer literacy, knowledge in Sabre system is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem solving and negotiation skills, service-minded with positive working attitude.
- Able to work in shift.
