Thanks for your kindly support om this case.
This end customer is so sensitive and IIJ of our partner isn't permitted local customer access until the issue was caused customer side.
IIJ requested us that a technician will dispatch to last exchange to check this issue before local site confirmation.
In my idea,we can't access until next Monday to local customer and we want to avoid a waste of time.
