May we remind you that, to date, your rental, utility and common expense payments
are in arrears as per the list attached herewith. In addition, your Bistro Amarone shop has not been operational since the month of October, 2014, in breech of our Lease Agreement which stipulates that all shops must be opened 7 days per week, from 10.00 hrs. – 22.00 hrs.
We are therefore urging you to please kindly abide by the Lease Agreement, open your shop and service your customers, as well as remit your outstanding payments to us within 7 days from the date of receipt of this letter. Your failure to do so will be deemed as a breech of Contract and we shall be compelled to officially terminate our Lease Agreement with you. All payments you have already made will be confiscated and considered as part of your payment for the breech and damage caused.
