I have been given your email address but, unfortunately, not your name, hence I have been unable to greet you properly.
I understand that you are acting for Thongkham Janthacha (Kham), the widow of John Sparnon.
I have been dealing with John Watson, a family friend of Kham and John, and understand that he is currently in Pattaya.
I have previously sent to John Watson a copy of John Sparnon’s will and also of the Memorandum of Guidance relating to his Trust. If you need copies of these, please let me know. The main Trust asset is the sale proceeds of a property in Parnell, Auckland which was sold not so long ago. From the sale proceeds NZ$150,000 was remitted to John and deposited into 2 bank accounts. Kham has the details of these. There is an agreement to acquire a condominium, and the agreement is in Kham’s name. An initial deposit has been paid as well as some monthly instalments. I understand that Kham has the details of this.
John specifically wanted Kham to inherit the property that they lived in together.
There are other matters that I will need to discuss with you.
