Topic: Work in Process for Workshop Manager Training
Due to we have been reported by Internal Auditor (since Nov 2015), their investigation shown that TCZL-workshop had poor service work in process quality.
In order to enhance the manager skill and improve workshop process efficiency. I would like to suggest that TCZL need to get training about the Work in Process scope and operational policy.
If we can set the TCZL workshop process standard for all branch, we can eliminate the corruption, slow response, loss customer and profit, low customer satisfaction.
I expected that The Training ACADEMY plus TCZL Accounting can provide the training schedule as per below
1. Workshop work in process of service scope
2. Petty cash management
3. Used parts / Lubricant product management process
4. Credit note management process
5. Bad credit customer follow up process
6. Money submission from workshop to accounting HQ
7. Loss parts and equipment / tools checking (monthly checking)
8. General workshop discipline (Every service repair truck have to open / close job correctly)
9. Parts management
10. Finding new prospected customer, create promotion campaign
Finally, we can solve the problem of non-transparent workshop operation, poor cash and credit management,
