orsche claims in a new lawsuit that Paul Walker's death was 'solely due' to the driving of his pal behind the wheel.
The Fast and Furious star was killed when the car he was in hit a light pole in November 2013 killing himself and friend Roger Rodas when the vehicle burst into flames.
Roger's widow, Kristine Rodas, filed a lawsuit last year claiming the red 2005 Porsche Carrera GT, worth £500,000, had a faulty suspension but the car-maker is trying to throw it out of court.
Mrs Rodas claimed the luxury vehicle didn't have a "properly functioning crash cage" which could have saved the pair's lives and her husband struggled to regain control of the car.
