FAME analysis was performed on an Agilent 6890 N GC-FID instrument connected to an Agilent autosampler 7683-B injector. A fused-silica capillary column CP Sil-88 (100 m × 0.25 mm id., 0.20 μm film thickness, Varian Inc.) was used for the separation of FAME. Hydrogen was the carrier gas with a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min. The temperatures of the injector and detector were set at 250 °C with an injection volume of 1.0 μL in a splitless mode. The analysis was carried out using a temperature gradient program from an initial temperature at 45 °C (held 4 min), ramped at 13 °C/min to 175 °C (held 27 min), and ramped at 4 °C/min to a final temperature of 215 °C for 35 min.
