Like I said already, for the extra price we pay for a BLACK disk I would expect PRO service. If not we will not buy BLACK in the future.
Today it is one week since the failed WD Black disk drive has been delivered for replacement.
Please let me know how WD intend to service this.
If it is not replaced today we will not be using any more WD drives with our servers.
