Nonverbal communication is the important skill that it should have in the interviewing. The interviewer should be able to relay the nonverbal communication with two levels. First one, the interviewer can use the nonverbal communication for general expectation and the other one, can use for specific expectation from the witness or respondent. The interviewer can use body language or eye contract to stimulate the witness or respondent to answer the question according to the fact. The interviewer not only use ask normally question but also enter an inner in to the interviewing.
