Leadership (leader and follower): What does it mean for me to lead? What does it to mean for me to follow the leader? Activities: a. Leading a group. Each participant takes the leader's role for 10-15 minutes, running a plan prepared in advance. Leave enough time at the end to have a group discussion on the meaning of leadership: how it felt me to lead? Did I feel comfortable? Where did I feel it was easy? Where was it hard? b. Work in pairs. One can work with a person outside of the group, like a friend, family member. In pairs, you can choose to: create a joint painting, dance, play a ball game. C. In Art, build a train out of any material. Discussion focus on questions like, what am I taking on my train? How does my train look like? Where is my car located in the train? First? Last?
