The list attached in the email contains consignments which are in shipped status for > 7 days.
As per the updates from LEX, they need to be cancelled.
There are two sheets in the attached workbook.
1/ Cancel and Call - These are consignments which were cancelled because LEX could not either
- Find the address
- Customer not available at address
2/ Cancel Without Call - These items are canceled because
- the customer refused it at doorstep
- Delayed beyond delivery period
