• Is my credit card being charged at time of booking?
Unless specified, the Hotel should not charge your card. If this happens, either a) call us immediately or b) send an email to CustomerService@agoda.com. We will open an investigation immediately.
• Which credit cards are accepted?
็Hotel only accepts credit card (Visa, Master Card, AMEX, JCB and Carte Bleue) and PayPal. You are required to fill in your credit card details or log-on to your PayPal account to complete the booking process. Currently, all other methods of payment are not acceptable.
• How can I change or cancel my reservation?
Any cancellation received within 7 days prior to arrival date will incur the full period charge. Failure to arrive at your hotel will be treated as a No-Show and no refund will be given (Hotel policy)
• By when do I have to cancel my booking, if I have to?
Agoda.com now provides you with a this Self Service option. Just by clicking on the Self Service link provided in your Confirmation email, you will be able to cancel your booking. You can also cancel your booking by logging on to 'manage my bookings' via the website.
