He was informed by Bemynt that they could call our Customer Service for any warranty issue as the website was served by Element72. Our CS is only for B2B, we do not provide service to end consumers. This is causing for sure inconvenience to end consumers and also to my team. You can understand that we cannot start to receive calls from end consumers.
