• Parts Price Files
• Service Operation Codes
• Model Maintenance Codes
• Service History
These services are a revenue source for Pentana and it is vital that both yourself or your teams aware of this direction, any breach of this policy will result is disciplinary action being taken.
I believe we are 100% in compliance with the above presently but please be advised of this formal “Official Notification” of the policy that must be adhered too.
