PACIFIC
…is the latest ISO solution suite that can be used by all tour operators of any size.
The aim behind its creation was a system, which supports the complete operational sequence without media
breaks. The modular construction of the system permits the flexible configuration of your individual required
function modules.
ISO did this by using the most modern method of software developing: the SOA – Service Orientated
Architecture - which permits the flexible configuration of the necessary functional scope.
Pacific is fully web based. It can be used with standard web-browsers (on request we can send you a detailed
list) and needs no installation (or updating) on local workstations.
From beginning the system was designed to fulfil even the highest performance requirements of the largest tour
operators, however it can still be used by smaller tour operators likewise.
The functional scope is impressive as well. All functionalities of Pacific are based on many years of tourism
know-how. ISO creates IT-solutions for tourism companies for 30 years. Today, a team of about 80 experts is
working in this department.
