Preparation of the sales contract and other related sales documents
? Preparing invoice
? Manage the client files
? Updating the sales status and unit inventory
? Client database management
? Responsible for all office administration & management
? Cooperating and handling between outsource staffs (cleaner, driver and security)
? Provide services of general administration of office maintenance and officers, office equipments and staff welfare activities
? Monitors and controls the supply of the Company?s cars, office automations, stationary, and furniture to be sufficient and in good conditions
? Provide administrative support to a department and / or Manager related to HR duties such as recruitment process, employee welfare, employee leave application and monthly report
? To coordinate and collaborate with each section internally and externally
? Perform miscellaneous job-related duties as assigned
