Each stabilizer blade carries 4 or 5 pistons. If there are 5 pistons, there are 5 activating ramps
Each ramp activates 3 pistons, one on each blade. All of the ramps move together
Differential pressure pushes the ramps under the pistons causing the pistons to move outwards
Piston extension and positioning is controlled by a barrel cam
The pistons are held in place against stops by the differential pressure
