support for knowledge sharing, as well as senior management’s commitment
to KM, and incentives and rewards for knowledge sharing. The factor analysis grouped
these scale items into four constructs—Supervisor, Coworker, Leadership, and Incentive.
Table 3 presents details of these four dimensions. The scale items on Perceived
Usefulness of Knowledge Sharing and User Satisfaction grouped appropriately
into two factors. Detailed results are presented in Table 4.
