I have wanted to write about this hotel long ago because they simply cannot offer such an accommodation. To everyone getting info on it: please take note of my words or you will only find frustration there. I was booked from an agency in this hotel bc I wanted to be close to the naama bay. The first day we set foot I was cheated on the exchange rate of Euros, therefore the reception guy stole at least 15 euros from me. When I told him, he totally ignored me pretending he didn't speak good English, or talking to other people or what not. He didn't blink an eye from it! I called for the manager, but in fact the manager was the chief cheater! they were all cheaters in this hotel and in Egypt in general. If you are going to Egypt, you must expect people will ALWAYS try to cheat on you in everything!! Even at the stores of the airport!! They seem to have no inspection there!! THe second day our bathroom were clogged and all the room was filled with water and [--] up to 5 cm. We were horrified and asked for another room, but the cleaning man (there are no women in most of the hotels bc of cultural and religious issues) told us he would put perfume in the room and everything would be great!!!! it as crazy. The hotel people were pretending we would sleep in a room were all kinds of dirt came out of the bathroom toilet!!! we were two ladies there, and received no respect from these strange pigs. It took a lot of shouting by my side, as the manager himself w2ould give a [--] about our conditions. I would have left immediately but we had prepaid through the agency!!! I threatened that I was calling the police and all kinds of things until they gave us another room close to the central conditioning system.
