Your Vodafone bill explained
Getting to know your first bill always takes some time. So to help keep this time to a minimum, we’ve put together these hints for you.
For bills issued after 1 October 2013, select the tab that’s relevant to you and hover over each number for more info.
To learn about any bills issued before 1 October 2013, click here.
To check your account balance, update your details, and view previous bills, head to My Vodafone.
We can also TXT your balance to you by sending us a blank TXT to 1512 anytime.

Email billing is free, convenient and better for the environment. So why not sign up today and avoid the $2.20 (inc GST) monthly paper bill charge? To sign up, head to myvodafone.com.au
We'll email you within 24 hours when you sign up. You'll then need to confirm your details by clicking the link provided, to ensure you don't continue to receive and be charged for a paper bill.
If we cannot send your bill by email, we will send you a TXT message asking you to confirm and update your details.
