After the 3-month work-trial, k.Chusak proposed to the board to appoint k.Panudda as a permanent employee of TCI and k.Bundith as a consultant based on project basis. K.Bundith had rejected this offer. K.Bundith felt that his advice might not be taken up and be implemented, hence offering him a full-time or permanent appointment would ensure things get done.
Chairman suggested that the General Manager of TCI should be given the authority to decide how to employ (or not to employ) staff (full- or part-time). However, if the issues or problems persisted and the GM was not able to resolve it then the board of directors would make a decision and take appropriate actions that the board deemed fit and good for the company.
