A reply to your unprofessional and truly unacceptable email of 11 August.
I am not in the habit of accepting the sincerity or validity of emails which have not been signed or attributed to any person.
It goes to show how little understanding of customer care, professionalism or common courtesy you actually have (whoever you actually are I cannot actually know without consulting a fortune teller).
That you cannot even follow the basic convention of placing your full name, title, position and personal email and/or telephone numbers at the end of your communications is almost unbelievable, and I can only believe it because this is the sort of negligence that True seems to excel at.
Normally one would also check that the communications you send contain this basic identifying information, PRIOR to sending it.
On another point I spoke several times to a supposed senior management figure (with presumably a US education) who doesn't even realize how unacceptable this might be in an international context. Now I do indeed understand why your systems and staff deliver such shoddy and downright incompetent services, and fail to improve year on year on year.
I asked her (Khun Winta, apologies for any misspelling), along with all your other staff to whom I spoke to connect me with the woman I dealt with initially, Khun Amornrat, who made certain hollow promises for which I am still awaiting an appropriate personal apology and some token of her sincerity.
No one has ever done as I requested, nor have I heard from her personally despite repeatedly asking and having a good and valid reason to discuss this matter personally with her. Your failure to understand and accept this as reasonable again depicts your company as unreasonable and unprofessional in the extreme.
Your continued poor service standards and failure to take appropriate action with a standard of care and attention which befits a registered company claiming to have high standards simply beggars belief.
Once again I will ask for an appropriate reaction to SINCERELY apologize with some concrete action which will BENEFIT me as a True prepaid or Internet customer and not simply meaningless apologies for which you haven't even bothered to affix your name or title and was so unimportant to you that it didn't even get a cursory check to ensure it included all the information a professional would include.
Please remember that your correspondence is also a record of your service standards. I would happily ask you to refer this to your legal department and ask what actually are the views of your company concerning ignoring the reasonable and repeated requests of customers to be directly contacted by the person who has already taken responsibility for an
issue, but later chooses to dodge and avoid any responsibility, even though they have neither left their position nor left the company.
Why I am not entitled to seek a response from the person with whom I have repeatedly asked to speak to, namely the one who promised and lied to me, Khun Amornrat, and who initially claimed that she was responsible and would resolve my problem personally. Having failed to do as promised it would be the response of a true commited professional to clean up your own mess, and the sign of a decent honest company that they would encourage their staff to do so and provide at least minimal resources to provide some token of the company's true sorrow.
Thank you for your cooperation in finally delivering an appropriate response commensurate to the amount of my valuable time you are wasting, and with some direct financial benefit to the aggrieved party who has been repeatedly denied professional service standards from all levels of your company employees.
