The Dusit Gold Programme has been developed to maximise revenue, minimise acquisition
cost and at the same time strengthen a customer centred culture at Dusit Hotels & Resorts.
As Dusit’s sole guest loyalty programme, it rewards and retains guests and at the same time
acts as a tool to analyse behaviour and support the development of targeted guest
campaigns. The programme is to replace the current, discount-based, Dusit Gold programme
with an integrated, three-tiered and recognition-based system.
Hotels and corporate staff are advised to regard the Dusit Gold Programme as their main
marketing tool.
