Maintenance, Tenant shall have the obligation to maintain the premises at all times including minor repairs and/or replacements up to a maximum cost of 1,000 Baht per repairs. The Tenant shall also bear the cost of any repairs of higher value should be deemed to have been caused by the tenants misuse. The Tenant has the right to repair or replace items due and payable by the landlord (Agreed by landlord in writing only i.e email) and deduct the cost from the next monthly rental payment.
