Responsibilities:
• Install and Configure Moveware and related products on new and existing client sites
• Review and resolve support requests as allocated according to company guidelines
• Assist with the communicate of release information to Moveware clients
• Assist in the categorization and management of the Moveware Support site
• Develop and modify reports using Crystal Reporting application
• Perform Moveware Client site audits according to company guidelines
• Perform daily and weekly maintenance checks
• Investigate and resolve network/server issues
• Help develop UI Testing processes
