The delay was unacceptable and ridiculous. I never heard a transhipment service which delayed 27 days?? It is causing massive problem for our client and his business.
Arriving 19/12 is not an option, it will causing another problem due to Christmas closures, is he going to leave the container at wharf and pay storage?? This is not his fault and he pays more losses?
Please raise this issue to the head quarter, definitely we need this shipment to be on loaded on earlier vessel, or compensation our O/F
