Tubes containing 7 day old cultures

Tubes containing 7 day old cultures of P. polonicum (33/12 NGT) and P. glabrum (29/12 NGT) in Czapek Yeast Extract Agar medium (CYA) were used for the preparation of the fungal inoculum.

Each culture tube was added with 10 mL of sterile solution (0.0425 g of potassium phosphate and 200 μL/L of Tween 80, adjusted to pH 7.2) and suspensions were standardized to a concentration of 105 conidia/mL.
